Leader in Training (LIT)

Sunday drop-off: 2:00PM to 3:30PM
Friday pick-up: 4:00PM to 6:00PM

 

Our Leadership in Training (LIT) program is designed to empower our teen campers aged 14-15 with the skills and qualities needed to become effective camp leaders and active participants in their community. Participants will engage in team-building activities, leadership workshops, and practical camp experiences, fostering communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. This program aims to instill confidence and responsibility while preparing them for the Counselor in Training (CIT) program. Participants in the LIT program will meet once a day and participate in regular camp activities.
