Description
  Archery 1 One of our favorite activities, campers will learn proper shooting technique and safety. Bows are provided for campers
  Archery 2 Campers who have already participated in 4-H archery may sign up to explore advanced techniques.
  Arts and Crafts If you enjoy art projects, you will love this activity. Projects may include tie-dye, ceramics, boondoggle, sponge painting, and other creative arts. Age appropriate activities are taught by our Arts and Crafts Staff.
  Campfire Cooking

Learn to cook over an open fire! Build a camp fire and create delicious snacks and meals that will impress your bunkmates.

  Canoeing Located at Upper Glen Lake, campers will learn and improve proper paddling techniques, while enjoying the views of Watkins Glen State Park. This activity is a DOUBLE SESSION or 2 activity choices.
  Cooking The Best Camp Cook in the World (Lisa!) will teach campers how to create some of her favorite healthy meals and snacks.
  Drama

Our Drama staff will help each camper find the "actor/actress" hidden inside. All campers will receive instruction in various aspects of the dramatic arts.

  Free Swim For those who can’t get enough splash, sign up for free swim and get that extra pool time!
  Gardening Work in the Hidden Valley 4-H Camp garden, learn about different kinds of plants and vegetables, and help to grow delicious produce that will be used in the kitchen for camper meals!
  GPS

Track and find, make maps and more as you learn to use GPS technology.

  Health & Fitness Learn new, fun ways to increase your health and fitness levels, including healthy food choices, exercises, and more.
  Newspaper The eyes and ears of camp, you will gather the news and produce the weekly Hidden Valley Herald for all campers to read!
  Outdoor Adventures Learn basic skills in outdoor camping and living. Each day is different: shelter building, hiking, fishing, or survival skills.
  Photography Do you like to take pictures of your friends or places you have explored? Then you should sign up for this activity. Using our digital cameras you will learn to improve your photography skills.
  Science Explorations: Nature Get to know Hidden Valley up close and personal as you explore the rocks, streams, trees, plants, and animals all around. 
  Science Explorations: Rocketry Blast off into fun as you learn to build and launch your very own rocket!
  Spiffy Adventures You never know what you’ll find each day in Spiffy Adventures... From traditional camp games and adventure based learning to fun games to engage problem solving and build leadership skills.
  Sports Traditional sports are offered under the guidance of our qualified Athletic staff. Camp favorites such as ga-ga, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, football, softball, kickball, soccer, and basketball are offered to challenge athletes of all levels.
  Swim Lessons Our in-ground pool provides a safe and attractive setting for American Red Cross instruction from certified lifeguards. From beginners to advanced swimmers, campers can learn or improve their swimming skills. 
  Water Games Marco!! (Polo!!) . . . but there’s so much more!! Water games for all in the wild wet fun of Hidden Valley’s pool. 
  Yoga Calming and peaceful, learn how to do yoga poses to help you relax and center.
